Discover Your Dosha
Join me for a FREE 4-day journey into Ayurveda and discover your unique dosha — with simple, practical guidance you can bring into everyday life.
What if understanding yourself a little better could help you feel more balanced, energised and connected to what you truly need?
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda means “the science of life.”
Originating in India thousands of years ago, Ayurveda is a holistic approach to wellbeing that looks at the whole person — body, mind, emotions, lifestyle and environment.
Rather than believing there is one approach that works for everyone, Ayurveda recognises that we are all unique.
It encourages us to understand our individual nature and make choices that support our own balance.
This is what I love about Ayurveda. It isn't about following strict rules or trying to do everything perfectly. It's about learning to listen to your body, understanding what you need and making small, supportive choices that help you feel more like yourself.
Why discover your dosha?
Ayurveda taught me that wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all.
Your dosha can give you insight into your natural tendencies and how you may respond to different foods, routines, stress, sleep, movement and changes in your environment.
When you understand yourself better, you can begin to make choices that are more aligned with your unique needs.
And sometimes, it's the small shifts that make the biggest difference.

Why Ayurveda Became Part of My Journey
Ayurveda has been an important part of my own wellness journey, alongside yoga and meditation.
It helped me understand that looking after myself isn't about doing more. Sometimes it's about slowing down, tuning in and recognising what I actually need.
That is what I want to share with you too.
My approach to Ayurveda is simple, practical and grounded in real life. You don't need to completely change your lifestyle. You can start with one small shift, one meal, one breath, one moment of awareness.
Because creating more balance doesn't have to be complicated.
